Doing business all over the world is very challenging as almost every company has got the prefect competition and every company would like to survive in a profitable way in this market situation.High productivity is a long term benefit of a employee motivation.Motivated employee is a valuable asset to the organization in maintaining and strengthening of its business and revenue growth.

Since leaders influence is limitless despite what the culture is, i experienced this myself during my tenure at Nielsen SL But whatever it is motivation is the key factor which directly impacts on labor productivity.
